This means that it has <strong>not yet been authorized or posted<\/strong> to the account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This pending amount will be added to your balance<strong>only<\/strong> when it is registered. Therefore, it is possible that a transaction made near the closing date of the monthly statement will not count.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For example, you have $1,400 in purchases charged to the Marriott Bonvoy\u2122 American Express<sup>&reg;<\/sup> Card.
