This person is responsible for the strategic development of business relationships and adherence to the standards and procedures imposed by partners, aggregators, or members of our Network. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">With the support of the Marketing and Content teams, this person contributes to the company&#8217;s visibility by proposing diverse and creative activation campaigns that meet our partners&#8217; objectives, thereby seizing all opportunities to diversify and increase the company&#8217;s revenue.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><b>Partnership management<\/b><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Develop and execute a strategic partnership plan.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Prospect and engage new potential networks and partnerships.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Develop, negotiate and follow up on partnership contracts.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Retain partners to ensure the success of the relationship.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Effectively integrate new partners to ensure productive collaboration.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Develop and test new partnership models.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for partnerships and provide a quarterly review to Senior Management.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Provide clear and effective campaign reporting, profitability (ROI) of partnerships.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Handle the administrative follow-up of relationships (generate IOs, campaign approvals, adherence to agreed commissions, etc.). <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Conduct a competitive analysis. <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><b>Milesopedia Network<\/b><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Support and mobilize our sub-affiliate Network (15)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Actively explore opportunities to expand and strengthen the Network.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Monitor and provide support to ensure compliance, best practices, and performance.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Communicate regularly with the Network (products to promote, opportunities, ad-hoc campaign follow-up, billing, etc.).<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Handle the administrative follow-up of these relationships (compensation grid, agreements, billing\/payment follow-up, etc.).<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Develop, implement, and maintain support tools (templates, key messages, best practices, banners, thematic pages, etc.).<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Communicate technological needs to senior management and coordinate everything with the various teams involved.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><b>Relationships and Networking<\/b><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Participate in conferences, professional lounges, and networking events to identify new partnership opportunities.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Represent the company and be a guest speaker, if needed.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">In collaboration with Senior Management, relay update requests to the Graphic Designer and assist in the design of new company outreach tools (media kit, Ad Specs, etc.).<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Represent Milesopedia on LinkedIn with regular posts (<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">personal branding<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> highlighting Milesopedia).<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><b>Team management<\/b><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Manage and coordinate the actions of the Quality <a class=\"wpil_keyword_link\" href=\"https:\/\/mp-2702.milesopedia.dev\/finances-personnelles\/assurances\/assurance-annulation-pratique\/\" title=\"Insurance: Flight delay or cancellation insurance in practice\"
